Dylan & Reese at Carlyle Crossing is proud to announce to our residents that a new business is coming to Carlyle Crossing in 2023: Atlas Brew Works! This amazing local brewing company is looking forward to providing our residents with the best craft brews and great times.
Beyond its great beers, Atlas Brew Works is known for its solar-powered facility in DC’s Ivy City and Capitol Riverfront neighborhoods. Its second location opened across from Nationals Park in early April 2020.
This upcoming 6,000 sq ft space will include a brewhouse with a production capacity of 2,000 barrels, an adjoining tap room with 16 draft lines and a kitchen facility, and around 1,500 sq ft of outdoor patio dining space.
It will be conveniently located within walking distance of the King Street and Eisenhower Avenue Metro stations and offer food from award-winning Andy’s Pizza nearby. And yes, keeping with its reputation and mission of sustainable stewardship, Atlas Brew Works also plans to pursue sustainable energy sources at its third location.
We are truly excited to see Atlas come into the area as yet another one of the great things that set Dylan & Reese at Carlyle Crossing apart from the rest. This is truly the best place to live in the DC area.
